The strength of a man and the beauty of a woman

Strength of a Man

The strength of a man isn't seen in the width of his shoulders.
It is seen in the width of his arms that encircle you.

The strength of a man isn't in the deep tone of his voice.
It is in the gentle words he whispers.

The strength of a man isn't how many buddies he has.
It is how good a buddy he is with his kids.

The strength of a man isn't in how respected he is at work.
It is in how respected he is at home.

The strength of a man isn't in how hard he hits.
It is in how tender he touches.

The strength of a man isn't how many women he's Loved by.
It is in can he be true to one woman.

The strength of a man isn't in the weight he can lift.
It is in the burdens he can understand and overcome.

Beauty of a Woman

The beauty of a woman
Is not in the clothes she wears,
The figure she carries,
Or the way she combs her hair.

The beauty of a woman
Must be seen from her eyes,
Because that is the doorway to her heart,
The place where love resides.

The beauty of a woman
Is not in a facial mole,
But true beauty in a woman
Is reflected in her soul.

It is the caring that she lovingly gives,
The passion that she shows,
The beauty of a woman
With passing years-only grows.

Lucky is the man who is the first love of a woman,
but luckier is the woman who is the last love of a man.

Shark beach

Shark!
What first comes across your mind when shark is mentioned?

Fear. Jitters. Predator. Pointed fin. Killer. Blood. Life threatening.
or perhaps...
Delicious. Nutritious. Expensive. Salivating fin soup.
Adventure. Baby shark. Beach.
or
Dunnno.

Hmm.. if I ever have the chance, I would love to visit one of the shark beaches.
Adrenalin swim.
Some might think that it's crazy
but heyy
shark doesnt attack humans always.
Hmm there's still a probability
you say,
whatever then.
lol.

Malaysia can ``do better'' than Singapore if only it would treat its minority Chinese and Indian populations fairly, the city-state's founding leader has said in unexpectedly blunt comments about the rival neighbor.

Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew's comments are likely to touch a raw nerve in Malaysia where ethnic tensions are never far below the surface over minority complaints about discrimination by the Malay Muslim dominated government.

Lee even suggested that Singapore wouldn't mind rejoining Malaysia if the latter accepted meritocracy instead of sticking to an affirmative action policy favoring the Malay majority.

``If they would just educate the Chinese and Indians, use them and treat them as their citizens, they can equal us and even do better than us and we would be happy to rejoin them,'' Lee told two academics in a recent interview.

``We are a standing indictment of all the things that they can be doing differently,'' he said

From my point of view:
Let the ugly hidden truth be seen and heard.

Being a good neighbour, LKY is trying to give a good advice free of charge to the sleeping Malaysian leaders and politicians on how to make it big, how to succeed and survive in the real world out there.

Our government is too busy with all their 'syok sendiri' or feel good achievements that have become the laughing stock of other countries. A waste of taxpayers' money. To make matters worse we have a bunch of BN politicians who are robbing the people's money. As a result of that, our rakyat suffers!

In form5 sejarah we learnt that our country opposed dasar apartheid in south africa. However, the authorities themselves are discriminating the chinese here.. joke, Joke, JOKE! In south africa is 'only for whites', over here is 'only for malays!(bumiputera)'. Nonsense.

The government welcomed a huge number of immigrants from Indonesia(same skin colour) to our country, just because they wanted to increase their 'own population'.So now the rising crime acts who is to blame? A proposal of employing maids from china were rejected, eventhough 80% of the households employees' were chinese. What does this speak of? They definitely dont want an increase in chinese population.

What do you think?
